These terms apply to the Overland Kosova app and the overlandkosova.com website. By using the app or the website, you accept these terms.
How we handle your data: Privacy Policy
1. Your account
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything done with your account. You can delete your account at any time from Profile in the app.
2. Prohibited use
Using Overland Kosova, including Konvoj, for any illegal activity is prohibited. You are responsible for the content you send and how you use the app. We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms. We respond only to valid legal requests from authorities, and only for data we hold (such as account details). We do not have Konvoj messages.
3. Konvoj
Konvoj connects phones directly, without internet. Messages, statuses and voice clips never pass through our servers and we have no access to them. Konvoj does not replace a radio, a phone or emergency services. In an emergency, call 112.
4. Safety
Do not use your phone while driving. Trail conditions change: information in the app is for guidance only, and you drive at your own risk.
Trails are submitted by users. Our approval only confirms a trail exists, not that it is safe at all times. Obey traffic laws and respect private property. If you notice a hazard on a trail, report it to us and we will review it promptly.
5. Your content
Trails, campsites, photos and reports you submit remain yours. By submitting them, you allow us to show them in the app and on the website. Only submit content you made yourself or have the right to share. We may remove any content that breaks these terms or is dangerous.
6. No warranty
The app and website are provided as they are. Maps, trails and data may contain errors or be out of date. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damage, injury or loss resulting from use of the app or the information in it.
7. Changes
We may change these terms. For important changes we will notify you in the app or by email. If you keep using the app after the changes, you accept the new terms.
